Monster: Half-Silver Dragon Riding Dog

This large canine creature is covered in a thin layer of silver scales, and its head is distinctly draconic, with a large silver comb atop, wide, fin-like frills for ears, and a thin frill beneath its muzzle like a goatee. A smell like fresh rain clings to it pleasantly.
