Jakub is a blue, a naturally psionic goblin with blue skin. He claims to be descended from the Blue Witch herself (see box). He is a trained telepath and a member of the Contrarian Society (see box). As a Contrarian, Jakub loves to play small jokes. His favorite form of mischief is to use his incredibly high Bluff check (up to +20 with a successful attraction) to make others think he's lying even while telling the truth, as long as his listeners acting contrary to his information will not put anyone in danger.
Jakub was blinded years ago while adventuring, but he has since received a permanent synesthete effect from a variant of the incarnate power. As such, he can hear light, canceling the penalties for being blinded. Unfortunately, he has lost his natural darkvision.
